~Sindrom Hilang Ingatan~

Adakah faktor umur membuatkan aku sebegini pelupa?

Sejak aku bela Bonie ni, dah menjadi rutin aku merebus ikan setiap pagi sebelum pergi kerja, tapi hari ni aku decide nak rebus 2 ekor ikan. Sebelum mandi aku rebus seekor dan perisi ikan tu, masa nak bersiap aku rebus seekor lagi..konon, nanti lepas kerja tak la kelam kabut sangat. Padahal selama ni balik kerja baru aku siapkan makanan Bonie...

Seterusnya aku pergi kerja seperti biasa, perjalanan ku yang lancar..rasa tenang sangat hari ni..tiba-tiba............jengjengjeng....otak ku (bahagian ruang ingatan) teringatkan ikan kedua yang aku rebus tu...seraya aku terfikir...gas da tutup ke belum????

Aku langsung tak ingat..seperti memori aku terpadam..huhuhu..bergegas balik dan Alhamdulillah...sebenarnya gas da tutup..selamat rumah dan Bonieku..Pengajaran besar untuk aku ialah..sentiasa memastikan peralatan elektrik ke gas ke dalam keadaan selamat sebelum keluar dari rumah...

~1st week of dieting~

1 week full of suffering, starving, craving for food and lots of headache thinking menu for every meals. It's a day 8 of dieting and i've loss 1kilo. Impressive!! Really proud of myself. Look at previous diet or attempt to diet(hehehe), normally i only manage to hold until day 3 and it's all ruined!!!

I started to count calories and read label on foods. It work!!

Change to healthier oil like sunflower oil instead of normal palm oil. Yes,it's a bit expensive but worth it.

Just take a step in one time..

~ My little kitten B.O.N.I.E~

My new excitement. It's a big responsibility once we decide to take care a cat. Hubby felt in love in first sight with Bonie. I myself prefer 3-4 months kitten with orange/stripes color like Garfield. But, i let my hubby choose....

Bonie is only 1 month when we adopted her..it's a really tough job..it's like raising a baby..she's scared and keep running inside the house..and I'm crying when i 1st left her alone before off to work...huhuhu..she's 'ngiaw'ing so loud that tear my heart apart...

Now, after 3 weeks..she's a very energetic and happy kitten*hope so*..and i love her so much..

Alhamdulillah, after what i have been through and lots of doa from family and frens..finally, my beloved Hubby will transfer to KL specifically at Pulnod, Kem Batu Kantomen @ Jalan Ipoh..

This is the greatest ever news i have in a year time....

InsyaAllah in mid Jan 2010, hubby will start the new post...Good luck my dearie Hubby!!!!

~ New Year 2010/1431H~ It's a new beginning

Assalamualaikum and Happy New Year ouls!!!!!

Finally...i have time to write again..i remembered when i in secondary school, i always love to write..once, i have a dream to be a writer/journalist ...:)

It's new year again, life short by 1 year....huhuhu..what i have achieve in 2009? mmmm....2009 is a year of learning and a challenging one.. i learn a lot..learn to be a good wife, better daughter and a best friend..

New year resolution????

I don't have one.....nothing in my mind right now...just go with the flow..only hope the best in everything in life for both of us...

heheheh...loss weight is a past 3 years nye reso..huhuhu..never achieve..and surprised and also wondered how i can gained 8 kilos in a year...what the **** i have ate?? start from now on i will keep my eating journal so i can monitor my eating habits...hehehe...
