1 week full of suffering, starving, craving for food and lots of headache thinking menu for every meals. It's a day 8 of dieting and i've loss 1kilo. Impressive!! Really proud of myself. Look at previous diet or attempt to diet(hehehe), normally i only manage to hold until day 3 and it's all ruined!!!
I started to count calories and read label on foods. It work!!
Change to healthier oil like sunflower oil instead of normal palm oil. Yes,it's a bit expensive but worth it.
Just take a step in one time..
